MyMedia includes the design and development of a content recommendation system that dynamically determines the user’s preferences and interests through server technology and protocols for integration with catalogues of new contents originating from heterogeneous content distribution platforms.

The definition and development of the platform which is proposed by this project attempts to delve into the effort of creating a new way to distribute digital content online, taking advantage of the developments existing in the market, so as to promote those standards whose implementation favors standard interoperability and greater potential for dissemination at the European and international levels.

Cinneo

The objective of the CINNEO project is to create the first integrated Digital Cinema platform in Spain. This includes the design, development and implementation of a platform which encompasses all of the processes necessary to distribute and exhibit audiovisual contents in a digital format for their showing in movie theaters.

SDMA (Distributed Audiovisual Monitoring System)

The goal of the Distributed System is to monitor the uses of musical works in Radio, TV and Internet channels in Spain and Chile. This project has been given the IBEROEKA seal, which is granted by the CDTI.
Microgénesis participates as a partner and the main developer of technology. Moreover, it was responsible for preparing the proposal and is currently coordinating and tracking it for the sDae.

SIXTH FRAMEWORK PROGRAM
2008-2006
AXMEDIS
As part of an integrated EU project, Axmedis took on the development of a platform of crossed media and control of licensing and content management.
This platform’s purpose is to reduce the production and distribution costs, while maintaining their quality, using new production and distribution tools that increase the efficiency of their business processes.
MICROGÉNESIS was responsible for preparing the proposal and is currently in charge of the coordination and technical tracking of the project for sDae.
2006-2005
MASSIVE(Modeling Advice and Support Services to Integrate the Virtual Component in Higher Education)
Design of a model for supporting services between traditional universities with the objective of successfully implementing the virtual aspect of teaching.
MICROGÉNESIS was responsible for preparing the proposal and is currently in charge of the coordination and technical tracking of the project for sDae.
FIFTH FRAMEWORK PROGRAM
2004-2002
EMUCAST (European Music Web and Broadcast)
Development and establishment of a “European radio station” that broadcasts all types of music (including interviews and any other type of editorial content), placing a special emphasis on the promotion of independent European music.
MICROGÉNESIS provided technical support to sDae while it carried out this project.

CREA Net (Creatives’ Rights Electronic Agency Network)
Development of a secure platform for cooperation on the Internet between authors, publishers, directors, producers and distributors which, using new information technologies, facilitates and accelerates the development of the first stages in the value chain, co-production and the distribution of audiovisual works.
MICROGÉNESIS was responsible for preparing the proposal and the coordination and technical tracking of the project. It played the role of coordinator and main partner of the consortium on this project.
FOURTH FRAMEWORK PROGRAM
2000-1998
ARGOS CENTRE SPAIN
The European Argos Centre project developed a center for registering uses of works affected by authorship rights distributed using electronic media. It began in the year of 1998 and ended satisfactorily on April 30, 3000 when it had achieved a basic technology for gathering and processing all of the information related with the use of works subject to authorship rights. For the promotion and exploitation of this technology, the company Argos International Organization (AIO) was created in May 2002, made up of the SGAE, sDae and Fast Track.
MICROGÉNESIS was responsible for preparing the proposal and the coordination and technical tracking of the project, as well as establishing the company that would later use the results of the project.
1997
MODE (Music On Demand)
Development of an online marketing system for musical works. This service, totally innovative in the year of 1997, allowed for access to a very extensive catalogue of musical works in digital quality.
MICROGÉNESIS was responsible for preparing the proposal and the coordination and technical tracking of the project for the SGAE.

The mission of the SGAE Digital project was to design and start up all of the systems and applications which would allow the SGAE to carry out its founding mission properly, especially within the digital world.

The Iberian-American Audiovisual Archives is a collection in digital format of a set of musical and audiovisual works, integrated with a series of tools for their promotion and licensing.

This project, which was financed by the Autonomous Region of Madrid in 2007, resulted in the PROFIT SINGULAR E2E RM project currently being carried out by MICROGÉNESIS.
